Our leadership | Carola Lulli

Carola Lulli graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome and has a deep understanding of the telecommunications market thanks to more than 20 years of experience in the field.

Carola is re-joining Sky after a first working experience with the company where she served as Legal Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Manager from 1998. During that period at Sky, she followed the launch of the company that was formed from the merger between Stream and Telepiù.

From 2005 to 2008, she served as Legal and Regulatory Manager at H3G, supporting the management in acquisition and frequency trading transactions and related fulfilments aimed at the implementation of the network and, after an experience in Telecom Italia Media, she joined Fastweb in 2010 where she served as Antitrust, Operator Relations and Litigation Officer, reporting directly to the CEO, with the aim of defining agreements with commercial and institutional partners for the development of the business.

Lulli served as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Flash Fiber for three years and she has been a member of the Board of Directors of FiberCop since 2021.
