Our leadership | Barbara Cavaleri

Barbara Cavaleri is Executive Vice President Operations & Finance of Sky Italia since March 2022.

She, who has three children, graduated from Bocconi University in Milan. After working in auditing and consulting, she went on to further develop her career at Vodafone where she took on increasingly more important roles - internationally as well.

In 2016, she was appointed CFO of Vodafone Italia and was a member of its Board of Directors, a position she has also held for other groups in Italy and abroad.

Thanks to her leadership skills and in-depth operational knowledge of the telecommunications industry, she has been able to successfully drive business transformation through the monetisation of assets and the digitisation and radical simplification of the customer experience.
