Our leadership | Claudia Osei-Nsafoah

Claudia joined Sky in 2020 as People Director for UK & Ireland, before extending her remit in 2022 to also include Group Talent, Diversity and Inclusion.  In May 2023, she was appointed Chief People Officer UK & Ireland, Group Talent D&I and became part of the Group Executive team representing Sky’s Group People strategy.

Claudia is responsible for developing and driving our people agenda, while leading Sky’s progress towards becoming a more diverse and inclusive organisation for everyone – our people, customers and communities we live in. Her remit includes performance, engagement, learning, D&I, wellbeing, talent and leadership development across Europe.

Prior to joining to Sky, Claudia spent over 5 years at Treasury Wine Estates as HR Director Asia & EMEA based in Shanghai and London. She has progressive experience in all facets of HR, Culture and Engagement with a strong focus on leadership, organisation design and business transformation in global matrixed organisations, specifically within FMCG businesses.
